The  scrubber rotates fast and has high power, in order to keep the scrubber balanced while working, the weight will be heavier than normal scrubber (Total 3.43 lbs), using Max mode, please hold the scrubber handle with both hands

1. Tap the on button so that it does not work properly, you need to long press the on button for 3s to turn on the machine ( Pay attention to this tip, it's not like other scrubbers ).

2. Press the scrubber so hard that it does not work, you need to separate the battery from the scrubber, then reinstall the battery into the scrubber and press and hold the on button for 3 seconds to start the machine.

3. Each accessory is not installed in place and does not work, please install the scrubber according to the instructions, according to the steps.

4.Install the scrubber battery, long press to turn on the machine ( Pay attention to this tip, it's not like other scrubbers ), the display does not light up, please check whether the battery is fully charged, or check whether the battery is damaged during transportation, 

5.The scrubber battery won't charge.When the charger is red, the battery is charging. When the charger is green, the battery is fully charged. Note: Battery display only detects battery health, does not light up when charging.

Note: For stubborn stains, soak the scrubber in detergent for 2-3 minutes before deep cleaning with a cleaning brush. Do not press the 1500 RPM Scrubber hard as this will trigger the scrubber's automatic power-off protection. If your scrubber shows 50% after a hard stop, it's in battery protection mode; detach and reattach the battery, then press hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on and reset to 100% power.

6.When replacing the scrubber brush head, please pull off the brush head directly without rotating and unscrewing the brush head.
